This is courtroom (videoconference) footage of my oral argument in Kertchen v. Washington State Patrol. The issue in this case was whether disposition reports generated by courts and sent to WSP for archiving are subject to public disclosure by WSP or if those reports are exempted by disclosure by the Public Records Act.
